- 3 years of experience in Talent Management.
- Experience in designing Talent Management systems.
- Strong expertise in talent assessment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Talent Management frameworks.
- Translate business strategy into talent priorities.
- Develop and improve Talent Management tools and processes.
- Ensure alignment of Talent and Performance Management.
- Analyze talent data to generate insights.
- Partner with HR to address talent gaps.
- Facilitate senior leader engagements.
