Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes for assigned positions
Organize recruitment events at universities
Develop employer branding on various platforms
Collaborate with management to identify suitable candidates
Propose recruitment strategies for assigned roles
Report on recruitment plans and results
Assist in onboarding new hires
