Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
  • Manage interview logistics including calendar invites and video links
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
  • Screen resumes and provide shortlisted profiles to hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment data and update tracking sheets
  • Support offer rollout and onboarding processes
  • Provide regular status updates on interview progress
