Core Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Pro Audio
- Technical competency in complex design
- Experience with channel partners
- Strong communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with technical expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches
- Conduct training for distributors and integrators
- Monitor technical support performance of partners
- Design AV systems using 3D modeling tools
- Support Business Development in opportunity creation
- Conduct audio system optimization and tuning
