Experience in L2 operational support.
Familiarity with virtualization concepts.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi hosts.
Perform VM provisioning and lifecycle management.
Monitor performance and capacity of virtual environments.
Manage templates, snapshots, and backups.
Collaborate with storage and network teams.
Provide 24x7 global infrastructure support.
Troubleshoot ESXi host and VM-level issues.
