Core Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support
  • Simulate user problems to resolve issues
  • Coordinate activities to diagnose and rectify problems
  • Develop preventive solutions
  • Assist in testing and deployment of applications
  • Monitor service level dashboards and health checks
  • Maintain service operations documentation
