Core Requirements
- Information Technology qualification or equivalent experience
- Basic experience with Linux server
- Experience with SQL Database
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor server performance and capacity
- Participate in on-call rotation for system incidents
- Diagnose and remediate system issues
- Ensure compliance with data integrity protocols
- Maintain documentation of system configurations
- Respond to server alerts and handle tickets
- Collaborate with R&D for performance tuning
