- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product development.
- Knowledge of microservices and container technologies.
- Basic understanding of Cloud platforms like VMware.
- Relevant certifications in VPC and automation are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research technology solutions for Cloud services.
- Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and developers in Agile.
- Manage capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Work with partners for updates and compliance.
- Support sales and presales in customer projects.
- Create documentation and training materials.
- Provide technical support for Cloud products.
