Core Requirements

- Experience with service desk ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Responsibilities
- Manage backup and disaster recovery support tickets.
- Serve as the first contact for customer technical assistance.
- Perform troubleshooting using various diagnostic techniques.
- Resolve hardware and software issues for cloud systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and quick resolutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog.
