Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Windows and MacOS
- Troubleshoot and resolve firmware and driver issues
- Manage Workspace ONE or Intune deployments
- Document SOPs and maintain shift logs
- Participate in user calls and handle escalations
- Validate APIs for testing and automation
- Ensure SLA adherence in a 24x7 operation
