Responsibilities
- Design and maintain checklist templates.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Support operational teams with checklist usage.
- Investigate checklist issues and root causes.
- Assist in defining user acceptance tests.
- Ensure end-user requests are addressed.
- Support staff in implementing checklist changes.
