Core Requirements

  • 4+ years of desktop support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 and Apple OS X.
  • Experience with Active Directory and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation skills using MS Office.
  • Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software issues.
  • Prioritize and update incidents and requests.
  • Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS X.
  • Assist with Audio Visual and video conferencing setup.
  • Initiate process improvements for service efficiency.
  • Train users on various IT services.
  • Participate in operational meetings and IT projects.
