Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle.
Ensure accurate billing and timely invoice generation.
Coordinate order promising and quality checks.
Maintain master data hygiene and adherence to documentation standards.
Serve as the O2C contact for key accounts.
Track and analyze O2C KPIs.
Contribute to automation efforts.
