  • 8+ years of O2C/Supply Chain experience
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP SD/S4HANA)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate billing and timely invoice generation.
  • Coordinate order promising and quality checks.
  • Maintain master data hygiene and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Serve as the O2C contact for key accounts.
  • Track and analyze O2C KPIs.
  • Contribute to automation efforts.
