- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years experience in blow molding
- Experience in FMCG or palm oil operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Supervise jerry can blowing activities
- Ensure optimal machine operation
- Monitor raw material usage
- Plan and schedule production
- Ensure quality specifications are met
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Troubleshoot operational issues
