Responsibilities
- Understand and recommend jewelry to customers.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues.
- Communicate product value to customers.
- Assist in processing store deliveries and online orders.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Support theft prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
