Core Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
14-20 years of offshore structural engineering experience
Strong background in analysis and design of Fixed Template Structures
Experience with FEED/EPC projects
Good understanding of geotechnical aspects

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of offshore structures
Develop structural models and engineering calculations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Support design optimization initiatives
Review structural deliverables and documentation
Provide guidance to junior engineers
Promote best practices across project teams
