- Support overseas market strategy and assessment.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Track performance of overseas markets.
- Establish internal control frameworks for overseas expenses.
- Ensure expenses are aligned with business objectives.
- Standardize processes for overseas operations.
- Collaborate with teams on cost and risk matters.
