Core Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00
- Max 1 year work experience, preferably in fashion retail
- Willing to work shifts, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to customers
- Provide product information and respond to inquiries
- Process transactions accurately at the POS
- Unpack and arrange new inventory according to procedures
- Organise shelves and maintain product displays
- Keep the store environment clean and tidy
- Meet team performance targets based on service standards
