Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Over 8 years of experience in technical storage infrastructure
- Knowledge of Dell EMC, NetApp, and Cisco storage technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies including AWS and Azure
- Strong scripting skills
Responsibilities
- Support critical storage technologies across multiple vendors
- Manage services to SLA and resolve major incidents
- Participate in on-call rotation for out-of-hours support
- Create and publish process documentation
- Perform installations and upgrades of storage assets
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support application Disaster Recovery tests
