Core Requirements
- STCW 2010 BST certification
- 1 year experience as a steward/ess
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of fine dining and wine service
Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage services to guests
- Conduct pre-voyage inspections for safety and cleanliness
- Assist deck crew during departure and arrival
- Act during emergencies to ensure passenger safety
- Maintain professional relationships with crew
- Follow company standard operating procedures
- Participate in emergency response planning
