Core Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM integration.
- Strong understanding of Workday tools.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' business use cases and convert them to technical designs.
- Map decisions with requirements and translate them to developers.
- Identify and narrow down solutions that meet client requirements.
- Define guidelines and benchmarks during project implementation.
- Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture.
- Review architecture and design for best practices.
- Develop and design overall solutions based on requirements.
