Core Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of L3 support experience
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Severity 1 incidents
Familiarity with incident management tools

Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation point for application incidents
Analyze and resolve complex production issues
Lead Root Cause Analysis for incidents
Debug OFSAA batch processes and application logs
Participate in ITIL-aligned processes
Design and verify deployment plans
Support client interactions related to compliance
