Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of L3 support experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience with Severity 1 incidents
  • Familiarity with incident management tools

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary escalation point for application incidents
  • Analyze and resolve complex production issues
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for incidents
  • Debug OFSAA batch processes and application logs
  • Participate in ITIL-aligned processes
  • Design and verify deployment plans
  • Support client interactions related to compliance
