Core Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or finance
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting processes across the global business
- Prepare month and quarter-end reporting for leadership
- Develop tools to improve forecasting and reporting
- Partner with departments to develop thoughtful forecasts
- Measure OKR’s for service leadership
- Identify financial and operational risks
- Drive ad-hoc business projects as necessary
