- 3+ years of management experience in SRE or infrastructure teams
- Strong technical background in reliability design and monitoring
- Experience in team building and mentoring
- Proficient in English for technical communication
- Professional experience with AWS and infrastructure as code
Responsibilities
- Lead the SRE team to ensure reliability of multiple products
- Design and implement a CI/CD system for development environments
- Optimize technology stacks for new business initiatives and M&A
- Establish reliability standards and monitoring protocols
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to identify operational challenges
- Enhance collaboration with multiple product teams across global development sites
- Recruit and train team members to build a strong department
