Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or SRE roles.
- 5+ years in SRE SME capacity in financial institutions.
- Proven expertise in observability platforms like Datadog and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with financial sector operational resilience frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Enterprise Observability Architecture.
- Deploy and optimize observability platforms for full-stack visibility.
- Establish governance standards for telemetry data.
- Integrate observability platforms with incident management systems.
- Drive initiatives to automate runbooks and alerts.
- Conduct resilience testing and chaos engineering.
- Develop error budget policies and reliability scorecards.
