Core Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in treating Dysphagia and Language Disorders
- Strong understanding of child speech and language development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop treatment plans for children
- Work with children with neurological and developmental issues
- Collaborate with other therapists
- Educate families about treatment options
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
