- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the kitchen operations.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Plan and organize kitchen activities.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Control kitchen administration tasks.
- Train kitchen staff as needed.
