Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 3 years of production or quality assurance experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of footwear production processes
Responsibilities
- Send monthly forecasts to Tier 2 and Tier 3 vendors.
- Support monitoring audits of T2 and T3 vendors.
- Administer New Vendor Approval Process.
- Coordinate Vendor Change Requests and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain 'On Time Delivery' ratings for vendors.
- Collaborate with legal team for vendor authorization.
- Analyze capacity for Super Critical Foaming and adjust as necessary.
