About Company
Rafay Systems delivers a turnkey Kubernetes operations platform that automates the lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters and modern applications at scale. They also offer GPU as a Service (GaaS) PaaS for AI/ML workloads.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience in software development or engineering
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) preferred
Responsibilities
- Support sales and customer success teams
- Understand customer requirements for AI/ML workloads
- Address customer technical objections
- Work with developers and SREs on platform utilization
- Communicate customer needs to product teams
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers
- Represent Rafay at trade shows and events
