Core Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Proficiency in C++ or Objective-C programming languages
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for mining solutions
- Partner with product development to resolve system issues
- Maintain and enhance documentation and reporting standards
- Participate in compliance audits and safety protocols
- Act as a customer support advocate for key accounts
- Report and document technical issues and resolutions
- Support and troubleshoot software deployed at mining sites
