- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Linux and Docker.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Own individual and department goals with the Software Manager.
- Perform troubleshooting and implement solutions.
- Demonstrate understanding of Warehouse Execution Systems.
- Communicate with customers about incident tickets.
- Work flexible shifts totaling 40 hours per week.
- Guide junior engineers in troubleshooting.
- Document resolution steps and perform Root Cause Analysis.
