Core Requirements
- 15+ years in automotive embedded systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ECE / EEE / Mechanical / CSE
- Strong experience in EV software development
- In-depth knowledge of VCU / BMS
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ASPICE
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end EV software architecture
- Lead software partitioning and ECU communication
- Guide teams on RTOS and performance trade-offs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Act as technical owner in discussions with stakeholders
- Support pre-sales proposals and roadmap discussions
- Mentor other engineers on best practices
