- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of technical support experience
- Knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Apple software applications.
- Provide hands-on support for Apple hardware.
- Perform installation and configuration of Apple devices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Manage Apple device lifecycle including updates and repairs.
- Assist in integration of Apple systems with enterprise software.
- Document procedures and provide user training.
