Responsibilities
- Manage and govern site tenancy renewals.
- Coordinate preparation of tenancy agreements.
- Maintain updated records of tenancy documents.
- Monitor tenancy commencement and expiry.
- Assist in reviewing renewal tenancy terms.
- Serve as a primary contact for tenant inquiries.
- Foster positive landlord-tenant relationships.
