Core Requirements
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Surface and underground diamond drilling experience
- Cert IV in Drilling Operations (desirable)
- Manual driver's license
- Training and assessment qualifications or relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing coaching to develop the team
- Address performance or conduct issues promptly
- Coordinate work to meet drilling schedules efficiently
- Complete and approve daily rig reports
- Provide technical advice for rig operations
- Conduct daily shift meetings
- Ensure mechanical availability of assets
