  • Experience with SAP and JDE systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.
  • Assist in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Manage product inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments.
  • Prepare sales reports for the commercial team.
  • Liaise with logistics and suppliers for shipment details.
