- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP and JDE systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system.
- Assist in demand planning and inventory management.
- Manage product inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments.
- Prepare sales reports for the commercial team.
- Liaise with logistics and suppliers for shipment details.
