- B.E/B. Tech with Diploma in Safety
- Full-time experience in Safety roles
- 10+ years of Safety, Health & Environment experience
- 3+ years in Railway/Metro projects
- Knowledge of SHE regulations
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor SHE management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Organize SHE training programs for staff.
- Liaise with authorities on SHE matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
