Responsibilities
- Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business needs.
- Design and develop new ServiceNow functionality.
- Apply coding patterns and best practices.
- Lead discussions on database structures.
- Interface with the ServiceNow vendor for operational needs.
- Work toward simplification and automation of ServiceNow.
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.
