4+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications
Experience in scripting and integration with REST/SOAP APIs
Ability to develop Low Level Design (LLD)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

Develop ServiceNow applications and user stories
Configure and implement ServiceNow features
Assist in scripting and integration topics
Drive testing of the ServiceNow Platform
Participate in status meetings and testing phases
Develop operational documentation for training
Provide support post Go-live for roll-outs
