- Define governance and best practices for ServiceNow.
- Architect solutions across various ServiceNow modules.
- Design and review integrations including REST and SOAP.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability and security standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
