Core Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Minimum 2 years experience with Now Assist
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
- Implement solutions using Now Assist and Agentic AI
- Collaborate with architects and teams to gather requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations
- Ensure performance and adherence to best practices
- Participate in deployments and platform enhancements
- Support users and provide solutions
