Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to affiliates in multiple countries.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller systems.
  • Investigate failures and provide feedback to the factory.
  • Help develop service tools for the AP service business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve client problems.
  • Support warranty processes and implement countermeasures.
  • Expand technical expertise in cutting-edge chiller systems.
