Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or service industry oriented field
- 5 years of experience in branch banking operations
- Knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- Supervisory experience
- Sales or marketing experience in banking is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage overall ATM services for the Business Center.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze service tasks to increase deposits and revenues.
- Manage risks to eliminate errors and financial losses.
- Provide excellent service with fast turnaround times.
- Supervise personnel behavior and productivity.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve group success.
