  • Provide after-sales technical support and services.
  • Assist in product roll-out and start-up.
  • Maintain current equipment and resolve faults.
  • Ensure 24x7 standby services through a rotational duty schedule.
  • Prepare daily logs and reports of work performed.
  • Analyze and provide advice for customers’ equipment status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Engineering and Sales.
