Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on medical systems.
- Conduct system installations and hardware/software upgrades.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site.
- Document service activities and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff.
