Core Requirements
- D3/S1 in Electromedical, Elektro, or Biomedical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience with medical equipment
- Strong IT skills
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Install and train customers on medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning devices
- Perform maintenance on medical equipment
- Provide customer support and service
- Document service activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams
- Stay updated on new medical technologies
