Responsibilities

  • Resolve incident/request escalations.
  • Lead training for new technologies.
  • Report on and analyze recurring incidents.
  • Manage major incidents affecting Enterprise customers.
  • Ensure timely ticket updates/resolution.
  • Triage and resolve tickets on first contact.
  • Maintain internal processes and documentation.
