Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk services for inbound service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Create and update tickets to track incidents.
  • Engage with customers to understand reported issues.
  • Use remote tools to analyze and resolve technical problems.
  • Monitor and manage tasks in Universal Work Queue.
  • Document all activities and update knowledge management systems.
