Core Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in IT
  • 2+ years in IT Service Desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve incidents at first contact when possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers.
  • Maintain ownership of tickets and communicate with customers.
  • Support on-site projects as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
  • Champion customer-first mindset in service delivery.
