Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing for incubating accounts
- Work with Talent Acquisition to fulfill roles
- Ensure skill–role mapping aligns with project needs
- Manage utilization and capacity planning
- Lead and mentor delivery teams in setup
- Drive performance management and retention
- Maintain delivery plans, SLAs, and compliance
